IG professionals not only help reduce the risk and cost of eDiscovery, storage and potential privacy breach through defensible disposition of unnecessary data and information, but they facilitate employee productivity and efficiency through the enhanced lifecycle management of information. In these days of departmental budget cuts and workforce reductions, it is critical that the IG professional validates this value, especially when requesting additional resources such as staffing or capital expenditures.

This session will not only examine how the IG professional can identify the program, project and operational level metrics that can demonstrate value, but also build the business case and define and monitor success.

**Our meeting is in the Board of Directors room on the 2nd level of the hotel.**
